We charge on a per-night, per-room basis. We have one accessible room on the main floor and an additional room or suite upstairs. Our rates vary depending on the time of year:

During the busy summer season, a minimum of two nights are required for
weekend bookings.
There are no taxes charged on our B&B stays, and there is ample free parking at our home.
Any reservations may be cancelled without charge up to 36 hours before the scheduled arrival time. After that a cancellation fee of 25% may be charged and held as a deposit that is good for one year from the scheduled arrival date.
